The everyday PDF guide

Editorial policy

Useful instructions first

Guides explain general workflows. Interface names and availability can change between versions, devices, and plans. Follow the publisher’s documentation when it differs.

No invented testing

We do not describe products as tested or assign hands-on ratings without documented evaluation. The current tool guide is a research starting point, not a benchmark or product ranking.

Recommendations and corrections

Recommendations should explain who a tool suits, its limitations, and whether a free method may be enough. Product-specific pricing and features should be checked against official sources before purchase.
